As our customer you can ask for either the exchange or the full refund of the product(s) purchased online in 10 working days from the day of the delivery (according to the delivery note), if they comply with all Terms and Conditions stated below. The shipping costs cannot be refunded. The shipping costs for the return of a non-defective article either for refund or for exchange are being paid by the customer. The shipping costs for the return and exchange of a defected article are being paid by Club Neuf.

The following terms and conditions have to comply in order for an article to be returned to Club Neuf: The return/exchange application for Greece and abroad may not exceed 10 working days from the delivery date (according the delivery note). All the returned articles have to be delivered to us on their initial state (with no signs of wear or usage) and have to be in a resalable state. The article(s) must have all its initial labels without them being removed. When you receive the products you have ordered we understand that you would like to try them on to be sure that they fit. Most of our articles come in direct contact with skin. With this in mind, please when you try these products wear first some underwear.
If the article(s) and the return procedure meet all the above criteria, you can send back the article(s) to us and we will refund or exchange it with another one of your choice. If different to the above Club Neuf reserves all rights not to accept the return. The customer always has the ultimate responsibility of sending the product to our address as it impossible for Club Neuf acting as a receiver to search for this package.
Please note that the customer retains the responsibility for the goods to be returned to us. It is recommended for our customers in Greece to use Geniki Taxydromiki and our customers abroad to use UPS. Club Neuf does not assume any liability for returned goods lost during the return.
